Transportation Coordinator

The Marielders Center provides enriching activities and  transportation services for seniors over 55 in Mariemont and surrounding communities.  This is a rewarding full time position providing transportation to local businesses and medical offices for ambulatory older adults.  The postion will include responsibilites with maintaining the centers' vehicles and accurate record keeping of vehicle usage to comply with Council on Aging requirements. 

Position Title:  Transportation Coordinator

Salary: $25,000 per year

Full time: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 4:00

Reports to: Center Director

Key Responsibilities:

    *    Driving and maintaining the Center vehicles

    *    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all transportation usage to comply with Council on Aging requirements.

Qualifications:

    *    Current Ohio Driver's License and proof of current insurance

    *    Must be knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of our members

    *    Good communication skills both written and verbal

    *    Required to be tested and sign a drug-free workplace agreement

    *    Required to pass a fingerprint and criminal background check 

    *    Required to complete Council on Aging driving courses, CPR, and First Aid Training

    *    Computer skills: Microsoft Office
