Senior Center Director, Marielders

The Director of Marielders will be responsible for overall management of the activites, transportation, financial reporting, and supportive services for our 55 and older members from the surrounding communities.  The Marielders Center is open from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. 

Position:            Senior Center Director

Salary:             $45,000.00

Full time:           Monday – Friday 9 AM to 4 PM

Marielders Center is seeking an individual to be responsible for overall management of the the Center according to agency policies as well as administering supportive services to our seniors. The center provides enriching activities and transportation services to seniors over 55 in the Mariemont area surrounding communities. Marielders center is open from 9 AM to 4PM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

*      Overall programing and services

*      Financial management of all funding and reporting

*      Administration of staff, volunteers, and facilities

*      Internal and external communications to promote the center and inform the board

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in social services, nonprofit management, business or related field.
• 2-4 years non profit experience
• Experience with senior citizens
• Organizational and planning skills
• A passion for providing our seniors with services to live a well and happy life.
• Comfortable working in a small team atmosphere
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks
