Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator will meet with all department heads at KWF to gather information on current processes, systematic roadblocks and plans for growth; They will use their expertise to advise on and work through the implementation of solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all data is accurate, all current systems work efficiently together and are set up for steady growth opportunity.
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Position: 6-9 month contracted project based position - $45-50/hr; minimum of 15 hrs/week, possible monthly retainer for on-going support after contract period is concluded
Report to: Operations Director
Primary Purpose: Research, advise, and work through systematic upgrades and updates that can positively benefit KWF cross departmentally.
Role Description:
The Salesforce Administrator will meet with all department heads at KWF to gather information on current processes, systematic roadblocks and plans for growth; They will use their expertise to advise on and work through the implementation of solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all data is accurate, all current systems work efficiently together and are set up for steady growth opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Salesforce database, including but not limited to duplicate data scrubbing, establishing best practices for regular data management, process/item set up as requested, syncing of database with various other systems (Quickbooks, Give Lively, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Project manage new process/item implementation with necessary departments, including but not limited, to custom report building, docusign type file integration, in-kind gift tracking and reporting, integration with volunteer management software.
- Provide timely assistance with on-demand issues that arise
- Ensure data integrity for all databases, including producing and analyzing appropriate reports, data management, and completing corrective actions as-needed.
- Assist operation team in efforts to educate staff about customized report capabilities and data tracking best practices
- Help the program team optimize the consumer journey process within Salesforce
Necessary Skills
- Must be a certified Salesforce Administrator and have experience in Software Integrations
- Must have experience in Project Management
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Zapier a plus.
- Initiative: Taking ownership of your work, doing what is needed without being asked, attention to detail and follow through, and bringing new ideas or solutions to the team
- Data collection and management
- Knowledge of web design and coding a plus
- Experience with Non-Profit organization a plus
