Program Manager, Prevention Services
Cincinnati Music & Wellness Coalition (CMWC) promotes a culture of wellness in diverse populations through evidence-based recreational music making, education, and arts engagement. We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
Objectives of this role
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Collaborate with community-based organizations to serve underserved populations and offer CMWC evidence-based recreational music making programs
- Manage budget
Responsibilities
- Work closely with CEO, prevention coordinator, and scheduler to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and work with project team for optimal return on investment
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for CMWC management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five years of management/administrative experience with a successful record of accomplishment in organizational and program management
- Demonstrated interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and incorporate the perspectives and input of a diverse range of people, background, and skills.
- Experience in public relations, outreach, and resource development.
Employee Status: Part Time
Hours: Thirty (30) per week
Salary range: $30,000-$33,000 with FICA taxes and Worker’s Compensation paid.
Hybrid work schedule.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
