Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programming for From Fatherless to Fearless, including planning, organizing, staffing, training, and leading program activities.
Responsibilities
Under the immediate direction and guidance of the CEO, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
- The efficient and effective management and implementation of all youth programming (B.R.I.D.G.E.® and Summer Explosion) to include:
- Managing partner relationships
- Direct management of program facilitators, including onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluation
- Develop new programming with input from CEO or Executive Director.
- Vet potential complementary partnerships for future workforce development programming.
- Provide a bi-weekly news insert for our internal newsletter.
- Scheduling and planning for special events related to program exposure (community tables, etc.)
- Assist in developing grant applications or proposals by providing any requested program information.
- Work in the field conducting program observations one day each week.
- Attend relevant professional development opportunities as the CEO or Executive Director directs.
- Other duties assigned by the CEO or Executive Director.
Responsibility Support
In support of these responsibilities and duties, the Program Coordinator will utilize Microsoft Office products; prepare spreadsheets with data interpretation; performs related duties in support of our program efforts (e.g., design, monitoring, data extraction, research, and reporting) in areas of performance monitoring, outcomes and compliance with program policies and rules; provide support with project meetings (schedule project meetings, assist with project documentation, document meeting minutes, and project action/task items); create/analyze process workflows to increase efficiency with cross-functional departments; communicate project requirements; analyzing data trends, creating reports; supports project and initiative alignment efforts with the From Fatherless to Fearless’s vision, mission, and goals; creates and maintains files; drafts Program Coordinator correspondence to the CEO and other team members; performs general and clerical duties as assigned.

Experience
- Candidate must have personally experienced an absent or strained relationship with their father
- Candidate must be willing to share their personal journey throughout the program
- Demonstrates ability to positively engage adolescent girls
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, sharing information, ideas, and effective practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 1-2 years experience delivering youth leadership programming a plus
- Specialized knowledge in girls’ developmental needs and experience a plus

Compensation
Our goal is to make all aspects of working with us transparent. That includes our offer process. When we have identified talent that is a good fit for From Fatherless to Fearless, we work hard to present an equitable and fair offer. We evaluate your knowledge, skills, and experience along with your compensation expectations and align that with our company equity processes to determine our offer ranges.
$22-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications; 20-25 hours estimated weekly
