Program Associate
The Program Associate provides support to the Program Director by assisting with the coordination,
planning, and implementation of KWF Gifts of FUN. This includes processing recipient nominations, data
input and tracking, email communications, recipient relations, gift deliveries, and other areas as-needed.
The Program Associate works closely with the Program Team and many key volunteers to produce
successful, FUN, and memorable experiences for our recipients and their families.
Job Title: Program Associate
Position: Full-Time with benefits, $35,000 - 40,000 (KWF operates M-F 9-5pm. Flexibility to cover
recipient related communication and gift deliveries will occur as needed.)
Report to: Program Director
Primary Purpose: To assist the Program Director in the coordination and delivery of FUN for each and
every recipient.

Role Description:
The Program Associate provides support to the Program Director by assisting with the coordination,
planning, and implementation of KWF Gifts of FUN. This includes processing recipient nominations, data
input and tracking, email communications, recipient relations, gift deliveries, and other areas as-needed.
The Program Associate works closely with the Program Team and many key volunteers to produce
successful, FUN, and memorable experiences for our recipients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Program Team and the Giving Committee to plan Gifts of FUN (including
vacations, spa days, nights out etc.)
- Attends and/or co-leads Giving Committee meetings
- Helps to execute gift deliveries (includes preparing gifts, coordinating volunteers, and attending
gift deliveries as-needed)
- Assists PD with follow up calls and emails to recipients, in-kind donors and other contacts
- Inputting and tracking data as well as pulling reports in Salesforce
- Tracks data for home and in-kind donors and manages corresponding mailing lists
- Steps in to assist with programming when the Program Director is out of the office
- Please note that there is an “on-call” nature to this role. You may receive calls outside of normal
business hours and it will be up to you and the Program Director to prioritize urgent matters.
Necessary Skills:
- Must have experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel and a willingness to learn
- Must be comfortable speaking with women living with Breast Cancer
- Must be fully committed to our FUN NOW mission
