Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Full-Time Outreach Associate

Pro Seniors is seeking a passionate, Outreach Associate to join our Ohio SMP team! You'll play a vital role in protecting seniors from Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse by providing education and outreach throughout the state.

Make a Difference:

• Empower older adults and their families to make informed healthcare decisions.
• Partner with communities and organizations to raise awareness about Medicare fraud.
• Educate seniors on how to prevent, detect, and report suspicious activity.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and deliver educational workshops and presentations.
• Build relationships with community partners, senior centers, and social service agencies.
• Recruit and train volunteers to become advocates for Medicare beneficiaries.
• Organize and participate in outreach events across Ohio.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong desire to serve seniors.
• Experience in healthcare, social services, outreach, or community engagement a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, and proof of insurance required.
• OSHIIP certification preferred, but can be obtained after employment.
• Ability to travel throughout Ohio and work some evenings and weekends.
