Operations Associate
Interact for Health is seeking an Operations Associate to provide administrative support to the operations of Interact for Health offices, including facilities management, conference room meeting scheduling and support, greeting and welcoming visitors, and other operational support as needed. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $45,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience. The Operations Associate will be expected to work in Interact for Health’s office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be highly organized and collaborative - and enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization, with attention to detail and ability to work independently, take initiative, participate as an effective team member and follow tasks through to completion.

Positon Description
Operations Associate
The Operations Associate provides administrative support to the operations of Interact for Health offices,
including facilities management, conference room meeting scheduling and support, greeting and
welcoming visitors, and other operational support as needed. The Associate will be responsible for
managing supplies, mail, incoming calls, cash receipts, invoice submission, and other operational
responsibilities as needed. The Operations Associate will be expected to work in Interact for Health’s
office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Reports to: Manager of Executive and Administrative Support
Responsibilities:
Overall:
Exemplify Interact for Health values in behaviors, actions, and decisions
Demonstrate reliability and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders
Greet visitors to Interact for Health and manage their needs accordingly
Answer incoming calls and assume other front desk duties
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Order supplies
Provide operational support as needed, including support that will require driving (i.e. taking
deposits to the bank, purchasing stamps, etc.)
Participate in the cash receipts and accounts payable processes
Assist in the coordination of the United Way, Community Shares & ArtsWave annual campaigns
Manage the annual updating of organizational shared files and forms
Manage projects as directed, ensuring timely and quality completion
Prepare materials for internal meetings and workshops as needed
Identify process issues by using appropriate data and organizational values to then recommend
improvements
Represent Interact for Health at events and conferences
Serves as back up to Strategy and Policy Associate and Manager of Executive and Administrative
Support
Facilities Management:
Ensure cleanliness of Interact for Health office facilities
Maintain office equipment, inventory and office appliances
Maintain relationship with cleaning service, document destruction, property management and
other vendors, including all maintenance requests and by scheduling routine maintenance like
annual deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, paint touch up, etc.
Process facilities monthly payments
Conference Room and Meetings:
External: Manage conference room scheduling and logistics support, including set up and clean
up, room configuration, and act as onsite contact
Internal: Manage set up and clean up for operational meetings including room configuration,
food and beverage needs, and preparing materials as needed
Maintain conference room and catering kitchen equipment and inventory
Assist with use of A/V equipment as needed
Manage and record expenses
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Individual will be expected to work in Interact for Health’s office Monday through Friday from
8:30am to 5:00pm

Ability to work independently, take initiative, participate as an effective team member and follow tasks
through to completion
HS Diploma plus 2+ years of administrative support experience required; Associate’s degree or
equivalent experience preferred
Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Excellent listening skills
Proficiency of MS Office applications required, knowledge of Financial Edge or other accounting software
preferred, knowledge of scheduling software preferred
Analytic skills
Basic accounting and attention to detail skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
