At Episcopal Retirement Services (ERS) you will inherit a strong portfolio of donors to nurture and the opportunity to create new donor relationships. Beyond the competitive starting salary -- $80K to $90K -- benefits include available remote work and on-site split between two of Cincinnati’s premier senior living communities resulting in an enviable work/life balance. Familiarity with elder issues and understanding of the joys and opportunities of working with older adults -- gained personally and/or professionally -- can’t be overstated. Very helpful for this role will be strong analytical and presentation skills, experience with Raiser’s Edge, and a desire to work within a collaborative philanthropy department.
