Housing Coordinator
Manages the housing/homeless programs for Central Ohio and provides supervision for housing employees. Serves as the grant’s administrator for all CAS housing programs. Writes program grants, monitors grant requirements and financial policies, and provides reports to funders for the Franklin County and Regional Housing programs.
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $56,000-$59,000 + a fantastic benefit package*

Requirements/Qualifications:
- An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required. Ohio State Social Work License, preferred.
- Previous experience serving the homeless population required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Grant writing and monitoring experience required.
- Excellent organizational and people skills are necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
