Foundation Programs Coordinator
The Foundation Programs Coordinator provides essential coordination of the programs orchestrated by the Executive Director and the three Directors of Development, for the larger goal of raising more charitable donations in support of The Christ Hospital Health Network. These programs include event management, financial reporting and analysis, major donor communication, and administrative duties.

Position Summary
The Foundation Programs Coordinator provides essential coordination of the programs orchestrated by the Executive Director and the three Directors of Development, for the larger goal of raising more charitable donations. These programs include event management, financial reporting and analysis, major donor communication, and administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage logistics of Foundation events, meetings, and donor visits.
- Manage interactions with various levels of donors, physicians, board members, and colleagues both internally and externally.
- Provides administrative support for the President of the Foundation
- Administers and tracks expenses and the Foundation administrative systems.
- Performs various office management tasks that keep the office organized, efficient, and performing at a high production level.
- Responds to unanticipated complex issues and manages critical and confidential information. May support additional projects as requested and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Accuracy, accountability, professionalism and courtesy are required skills due to interactions with administrators, physicians, board members, donors, and community leaders.
- Attention to detail, especially related to event and project management.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Expert competency with Microsoft Office suite and Raiser's Edge donor database (or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Experience
At least 3 to 5 years of related experience
