Executive Director, Reset Ministries
The Executive Director is responsible for executing the strategic plan for the organization. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and will be considered successful when there are enough volunteers to allow the House Directors, Counseling Director and Social Enterprise Director to succeed based on their metrics, enough financial support to fuel and grow the ministry, and 90% of the house capacity and the targeted graduation rates are being achieved.
Reset Ministries is a faith-based ministry whose mission is to transform broken and lost individuals into Servant Leaders as they discover their identity and purpose in Christ. Since 2010, Reset has been serving people with a history of substance abuse and/or incarceration who are looking to radically change their lives and are open to Jesus being part, if not the foundation, of their recovery.
