Bunker Hill Haven for Boys is a private, non-profit group home for teen boys, situated on 130 acres just north of Cincinnati, Ohio. Bunker Hill Haven was opened in 1973 through an endowment left specifically for this purpose. The home operates on the dividends of the endowment as well as a per diem charged to the placing agencies. Bunker Hill Haven for Boys is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operation of the Bunker Hill Haven for Boys including supervision of direct care staff, clinical oversight of service delivery and the achievement of program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Nonprofit management: 3 years (Preferred)
General Responsibilities:
- Directs all plans and policies and to ensure the organization meets operation guidelines.
- Ensures the recruitment, employment, recordkeeping, management, and evaluation of all staff.
- Identifies, creates and implements strategic plans to achieve organization objectives.
- Communicates regularly with the Trustee and Board regarding programs and operations.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including State licensing.
- Implement privacy and confidentiality requirements of Federal HIPAA laws, DHHS client rights andconfidentiality policies and BHHFB policies and procedures.
Salary
$56,000 - $65,000 a year
