Every Child Succeeds Home Visitor
Full Time, Exempt
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Family Support through weekly home visits
- Focus on Parent Education
- Family-Centered Goal Setting
- Developmental Screenings
- Connecting families to community resources
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Service Field or Early Childhood Education
- Home visitation experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Bi-Lingual, Spanish Preferred
