Dorm Case Manager

Ohio Valley Goodwill is seeking a reliable, people-oriented individual responsible for providing oversight of dorm residents during second shift.  Provides assigned case management duties including intakes and ISP updates, educational group facilitation such as peer support and budgeting skills. Responsible for identifying safety, health, and general property maintenance issues in the dormitory area.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field. Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred.

Military Veteran preferred; Minimum 1-year paid experience in Social Services or related field.

Experience working with Military Veterans preferred.

Knowledge of case management techniques; familiarity with special needs to disadvantaged populations such as the homeless; ability to communicate affectively (oral and written); knowledge and experience with computer software such as Word processing and databases required.

Must be available to work 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm). Monday through Friday.
