The Donor Relations & Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives, manage internal and external communications, and enhance brand presence. Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling donor messages.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
- Graphic design and video editing skills (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong ability to present funding opportunities and close major gifts.
- Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.).
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential donor information.
- Ability to travel for donor meetings and events as needed.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
