The Director of Mission Integration plays a key role in articulating and perpetuating the mission, charism and values of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur within our SNDdeN Sponsored/Affiliated school ministries and Mount Notre Dame Health center. The Director of Mission Integration is responsible for the assessment, development, organization and implementation of formational programming for our ministry partners, assisting them in their spiritual and personal development and instilling a commitment to the values and charism of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur within their learning communities.
Job Description
Regarding Educational Ministries
Visit, be in touch with and assess the mission integration needs of the following sponsored/affiliated schools in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland
Collaborate with heads of schools, or their designated Mission Integration contact, to track mission integration efforts in each school, including the understanding and implementation of The Hallmarks of a Notre Dame de Namur Learning Community
Identify the needs of SNDdeN ministries and provide supportive resources and services
Plan and facilitate ongoing formation programming to administrators, faculty, staff and boards of Directors relative to Catholic Identity and the SNDdeN charism, and The Hallmarks of the Notre Dame de Namur Learning Community.
Initiate sharing of mission integration resources and ideas among the schools
Initiate possible joint ventures among the schools involving leadership growth for faculty, staff and/or students
Ensure official documents/agreements/annual reports with respective ministries are accurate and up to date
Collaborate with the East-West Office of Sponsored Ministries in organizing and facilitating annual, national formation conferences
Regarding Mount Notre Dame Health Center:
Develop and facilitate in-service programs related to mission integration for staff
Offer resources for new staff orientation, especially management staff and new administrators
