Clinical Program Director
Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio is dedicated to promoting mental health and working to prevent mental health challenges and substance use disorders through education, advocacy, and service. We provide safety net services and community and professional education. MHANKYSWOH is the regional expert in Certified Peer Support.

Primary duties include:
- Provide administrative, educative, and supportive supervision for care management coordinators based on agency supervision requirements.
- Leads, advises, and supports service lines as the agency’s expert in clinical services.
- Identifies service gaps and works with agency leadership to create new programming or expand current programming.
- Attends and leads internal and external meetings to strengthen the team approach, address education needs for participants, improve programing/agency results and support team member health/wellness.
- Directs the data collection and reporting process by interpreting data, providing strategic leadership, and working with agency leadership, using data for continuous quality improvement.
- Manages program budget, working with staff and leadership to increase revenue as needed, ensure justifiable expenses and plan for annual budgets.
Required education/experience:
- Mater level Counseling or Social Work degree
- Active clinician license with the state of Ohio; LSW, LISW or LPCC. Preference given to applicants also licensed in the state of Kentucky.
- 3+years’ experience including the provision of supervision.
- Preference given to candidates with experience supervising staff and student interns.
- Non-profit experience is preferred.
- Completion of Ohio Peer Recovery Supervisor Training or completion within 90 days of employment.

- Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Office programs and learn data entry systems
