What You'll Do:
As the Center Director at Batavia Heights Child Care, you will be at the helm of our ship, guiding and shaping the educational experience for children in a fun and supportive setting. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of dedicated educators to create a positive and nurturing learning environment. Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and creative curriculum that supports early childhood development.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children by maintaining strict compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Family Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed and involved in their child's educational journey.

Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects, including budget planning and management to ensure the center's sustainability and growth.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for professional development, keeping up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and applying them to our center.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; or significant employment experience directly related to the functions of the position.
- Must meet all Center Administrator criteria, as outlined in state licensing requirements, and Step Up to Quality accreditation.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a child care or early childhood education setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence.
